This practice began from noticing a heart in a cloud drifting into a dark storm that didn't make its way to shore. It wrapped around Treasure Island and entered Tampa, Florida on a bright sunny afternoon. 

Ever have those days? They seem odd, magical, different? There's something in the air? Something not quite right and yet you get through it? It's unique, separate, mysterious like the day itself is just doing its own thing and you happen to be there taking it in?

That day was different and I still do not know why, but it captivated me and intrigued my curiosity to dig deep.

Finding that little fading heart in the sky led me to YOU. So I think that means it was meant to be. A little serendipity... (recipe inside)
