If Just for Today... Day 1

It's day one when you wake each day. It's a clean slate, a brand new morning, with brand new ideas, a fresh way of looking at the world. It's up to you. What will you feel today? What do you want to stop feeling? Imagine, accomplishing your goals, achieving your dreams, feeling amazing and changing the world at the same time.


DAY ONE

If just for today...

Don't complain.





That's the goal? Start from the beginning. We need to clear a path for future thoughts and feelings that empower us and serve us so that we can serve the world. Each time you feel unempowered by negative thoughts, each time you complain about traffic, the neighbor, the world, people, your mindset, abilties, accomplishments of the day, remember:

Don't complain.


When you begin to complain, notice it. That's your end goal. NOTICE when you complain. Take that moment and utilize it. Strengthen your new pathway to your new thinking. Even if it feels like you are punishing yourself, counter that negative thought with a positive one. Complain about the vehicle in front of you? Now say something kind about that vehicle in front of you.


These simple habits as you improve upon them, first noticing and then countering them with a positive thought in return, will open doors into new ways of feeling and thinking that will open your heart and mind. Instead of focusing on the bad, you begin to see all the good, enjoy moments, feel more present and bring intense awareness into your days, feeling a new flow, building momentum and forging a new path to happy insides, for you and the world around you.
